We ship our bridal veils and wedding accessories to Europe, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. All orders are shipped with tracking via reliable courier services DHL and UPS.

Standard processing time is 3-5 business days. For personalized items, processing time may take up to 7-10 business days. Exact timelines are indicated on each product page.

Delivery Time

Delivery takes 3-12 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Poland:

• Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
• Express shipping: 3-4 business days

European Union:

• Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
• Express shipping: 3-7 business days

International (USA, Canada, United Kingdom):

• Standard shipping: 7-12 business days
• Express shipping: 3-7 business days

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on all orders, regardless of order value, to all destinations we ship to: Europe, the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Select standard shipping at checkout to receive free delivery. No minimum purchase is required.

Express shipping is available at an additional cost, calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package in real-time to see its current location.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For orders within the EU, all taxes and duties are calculated and paid at checkout — you won't need to pay anything additional upon delivery.

For international orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be charged in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
