Standard processing time is 3-5 business days. For personalized items, processing time may take up to 7-10 business days. Exact timelines are indicated on each product page.

Delivery Time

Delivery takes 3-12 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Methods

Poland:

• Standard shipping: 3-5 business days
• Express shipping: 3-4 business days

European Union:

• Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
• Express shipping: 3-7 business days

International (USA, Canada, Australia, and other countries):

• Standard shipping: 7-12 business days
• Express shipping: 3-7 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within the EU.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package in real-time to see its current location.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For orders within the EU, all taxes and duties are calculated and paid at checkout — you won't need to pay anything additional upon delivery.

For international orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be charged in the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
