1. How do I choose the right veil color for my dress?
We offer three veil shades:
- White – a bright, clean white
- Light Ivory – a soft light tone, close to milk
- Ivory – a warmer, cream tone
To ensure the perfect match, you may order fabric swatchesÂ
To help us match the correct shade, please send us:Â
- A full-length photo of your dress
- A photo of your dress fabric with a plain white sheet of paper placed next to it
The white paper helps us see the undertone and recommend the best match.
We assist brides with shade selection every day — it's simple and reassuring 💗
2. Can I return or exchange my veil?
Yes, returns and exchanges are possible for veils made in standard sizes and without custom adjustments.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
If your veil was custom-made (special length, custom trim, or personalization), we will discuss the best solution together — we always do our best to help.
3. How long does processing take?
Processing time is usually 1–3 business days.
Many veils are shipped immediately.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
4. How does shipping work?
We ship to Europe, the United Kingdom, the USA, and Canada via UPS.
UPS Standard Delivery: delivery time is up to 12 days.
Tracking becomes active 4–7 days after dispatch due to shipment consolidation.
UPS Express Shipping: available upon request, delivery is approximately 5–7 days.
For other countries, we may ship via Ukrposhta.
We are happy to recommend the best shipping option for your location.
5. Can I request custom changes?
Yes! We can adjust:
- veil length
- edge finish
- trim detail
- and attachment style
We create veils to match your personal style and bridal look.
6. Are customs duties and taxes included?
Customs fees, import taxes, and charges are not included in the item or shipping price.
These fees are the buyer's responsibility according to the laws of your country.
7. My country is not listed at checkout — what should I do?
We ship worldwide 🌍
If your country is not displayed at checkout, simply message us with your address and we will arrange shipping manually.
