Frequently asked questions

When will my veil be ready to ship?

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

If you need your veil urgently, please contact us before placing your order — we will confirm availability and delivery timing. You may also select Express Shipping at checkout.

How long is the delivery time?

We ship to Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada via UPS.

Domestic Shipping (Poland)


  • Standard delivery: 2–4 business days

  • Express delivery: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on destination:

European Union


  • Standard delivery: 4–8 business days

  • Express delivery: 2–4 business days

United States & Canada


  • Standard delivery: 7–14 business days

  • Express delivery: 3–7 business days

United Kingdom


  • Standard delivery: 5–10 business days

  • Express delivery: 2–4 business days

Other international destinations


  • Standard delivery: 10–20 business days

Delays may occur due to customs or international transit conditions.

Can I return or exchange my veil?

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the delicate and made-to-order nature of bridal veils, returns are accepted only if the item meets the following conditions:


  • The veil is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • The veil has not been altered, steamed, washed, or modified

  • The veil is returned in its original packaging

  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:


  • Custom-made veils (custom length, color, design, trim, personalization)

  • Veils that show signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or damage


  • Veils that were used for photoshoots or events

2. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at:

Include:


  • your order number

  • photos of the item

  • the reason for return

We will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns


  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for lost return packages.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

Refunds are issued only if the item passes inspection.
Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for bridal veils under the following conditions:


  • The veil must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • The veil must be returned in its original packaging

  • Custom-made veils (custom length, trim, color, or design) are not eligible for exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@tatianabride.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tatianabride.com with photos.
We will replace the item or issue a refund.

7. Custom Orders

Custom veils are produced specifically for each client.
Because of their personalized nature, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged on arrival.
