When will my veil be ready to ship?
Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days.
Many veil styles are ready to ship immediately.
If you need your veil urgently, please contact us before placing your order — we will confirm availability and delivery timing. You may also select Express Shipping at checkout.
How long is the delivery time?
We ship to Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada via UPS.
UPS Standard
Delivery time up to 12 business days.
(Tracking becomes active 4–7 days after dispatch due to shipment consolidation.)
UPS Express
Available upon request, delivery approximately 5–7 business days.
For all other countries, shipping is available via Ukrposhta.
If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us and we will recommend the best shipping option for your location.
Can I return or exchange my veil?
We want you to feel confident and happy with your veil 💗
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as the veil is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Eligible for Return/Exchange
Returns and exchanges apply to standard size veils that have not been customized.
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange
Veils made with custom length, trim, or personalization are not eligible for return or exchange.
However, if any issue arises, we are always willing to help find a solution.
If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt and we will arrange a replacement. The veil must remain unused and unworn.
