Shipping Costs

Order Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Tracking numbers are activated within 24–48 hours after shipment.
Wrong Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by:
incorrect / incomplete address
delivery refusal
failure to pick up from a post office
If a package returns to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged: Please contact us at info@tatianabride.com within 7 days of delivery. We will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

1. Return Eligibility
Due to the delicate and made-to-order nature of bridal veils, returns are accepted only if the item meets the following conditions:
The veil is unused, unworn, and in original condition
The veil has not been altered, steamed, washed, or modified
The veil is returned in its original packaging
The return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
We do not accept returns for:
Custom-made veils (custom length, color, design, trim, personalization)
Veils that show signs of wear, makeup, perfume, or damage
Veils that were used for photoshoots or events
2. Return Process
To request a return, please contact us at:

the reason for return
We will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide return instructions.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
We are not responsible for lost return packages.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
Refunds are issued only if the item passes inspection.
Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for bridal veils under the following conditions:
The veil must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
The exchange request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
The veil must be returned in its original packaging
Custom-made veils (custom length, trim, color, or design) are not eligible for exchange
To request an exchange, please contact us at info@tatianabride.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@tatianabride.com with photos.
We will replace the item or issue a refund.
7. Custom Orders
Custom veils are produced specifically for each client.
Because of their personalized nature, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless damaged on arrival.
