RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return or exchange your veil within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
We do not accept returns for:
– custom-made veils (custom length, color, design, personalization)
– veils showing signs of use, makeup, perfume, or damage
– veils used for photoshoots or events
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
