MATERIALS & CARE
We use soft Italian tulle, known for its gentle drape and elegant, airy texture.
Care instructions:
• Cold hand wash
• Do not bleach
• Dry flat
• Do not tumble dry
• Iron on low heat
• Delicate dry clean if needed
DELIVERY
We offer free worldwide shipping.
Processing time: 1–3 business days.
All veils are handmade in our studio in Warsaw, Poland (EU).

United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
European Union: 4–8 business days
Other international destinations: 10–20 business days- Delivery times may vary depending on customs or carrier delays.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return or exchange your veil within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
We do not accept returns for:
– custom-made veils (custom length, color, design, personalization)
– veils showing signs of use, makeup, perfume, or damage
– veils used for photoshoots or events
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
